Our new Scattolini Bison dumpers are shipped to us out of Italy! We install them on any make of truck, and can supply toolboxes and accessories to fit your needs as well. The three-tipping feature is relatively new here;
The dump box itself is held down on four ball-type hinge points. A hydraulic cylinder is mounted directly in the center of the box, and two pins are placed in the hinge points. This way, if you place both pins in the passenger-side hinge points, the box will hinge on that side and dump in that direction. The pins can be placed on either of the two sides, or both on the back. A unique safety handle prevents accidental placing of the pins in both forward hinges, thereby making it impossible to dump towards the cab!
